We built Ticketholdr to help season ticket holders manage, trade, and sell their tickets. We collect only the data needed to make that work, and we handle it with care.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.

4. Marketplace Credentials

To enable automatic ticket transfer when your tickets sell, the App asks for your season ticket account login credentials (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, or StubHub). Here's what you should know:

When your ticket sells through Ticketholdr, we send your payout minus our 10% platform fee to your PayPal or Venmo account.

Important tax notice: Under IRS regulations, PayPal is required to report aggregate payouts exceeding $600 in a calendar year to the IRS via Form 1099-K. If your ticket sales through Ticketholdr exceed this threshold, you may receive a 1099-K from PayPal and may have tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your specific situation. Ticketholdr does not provide tax advice.

We use OneSignal to send push notifications. You may receive notifications about:

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Ticketholdr is a platform that enables season ticket holders to manage and resell their tickets. We are not a ticket broker. Ticket resale laws vary by state and jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their ticket resale activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Ticketholdr does not guarantee the legality of any specific resale transaction in your jurisdiction.
